  1. Report the loss with a instagram post/story, SurfLabel will repost the content to get more people to look for your lost gear.
  2. Report the loss to local authorities or lifeguards.
  3. Post about the lost surfboard in local surf shops.
  4. Check with local lost and founds regularly.
  5. Inform your local surfing community, as fellow surfers might spot it.

Orders can be placed directly through our website. Simply choose your tag style, enter your contact information, and proceed to checkout.

Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping costs are low because we ship your labels by letter/postcard. If preffered, we can ship it with track and trace. You will see this option at the checkout.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, let us know. Usually, custom orders are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect. But we will discuss the possibilities.

Yes, we offer a one-year warranty on all name tags against manufacturing defects. If your tag breaks or fades within this period, we will replace it free of charge. I have my labels for more than 5 year now, and they are still in perfect condition.
